Cancellation policy

If you cannot attend your appointment we request that you give us 48 hours notice or as an absolute minimum 24 hours. This means that another client may be given the opportunity of your treatment time and allows us to ensure the viability of our business. If you fail to give less than 48 hours notice we charge 50% of your treatment cost. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or fail to show for your appointment then you will be charged in full and no further appointments can be be made until the account is settled.
